Delivery & Pickup Schedule

Delivery is FREE and we serve all of Winnipeg within the Perimeter Highway.

Pick-Up Option: $3.00 off (Small:$32, Medium: $47, and Large $62)
Pick-up your order during business hours for folks who live outside of the city or have a fear of commitment to a delivery day. Our business hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30, Pick up hours are from Tuesday after 2:30 to Friday at Close.

To arrange Pick-ups, please call or e-mail by Monday to tell us when you'll be by the warehouse. You can pick up anytime from Tuesday after 2:30pm to Friday at close. Our fresh boxes are usually assembled by 2:00 so if you plan to pick up earlier than that ton Wed-Friday, we'll need to know 2 days ahead as we will assemble it the day before you pick up. You are welcome to browse our warehouse, and see a wide variety of groceries for add-ons.

Evening Routes:

Tuesday Evenings (6-9pm):
Garden City, North End, West Kildonan, East Kildonan, St. Vital, Fort Garry, Fort Rouge, Fort Richmond, Southdale

Wednesday Evenings (6-9pm):
St. James, West End, Downtown, The Exchange District, St. Boniface, Charleswood, Linden Woods, Whyte Ridge, Waverley Heights, some part of Fort Garry (Jubilee & South Osborne), Transcona

Thursday Evenings (6-9pm):
Wolseley, Osborne Village, Crescentwood (Corydon area north of Grant), River Heights (North & South of Grant), Tuxedo
